中药华蟾素对晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of TCM cinobufotalin on immune function in patients with advanced malignancies

目的:观察并总结华蟾素对晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取患有晚期恶性肿瘤患者200例,A组100例采用华蟾素注射液治疗,B组100例常规对症治疗作为对照。治疗后观察A、B组患者淋巴细胞(T细胞、NK细胞、B细胞)计数、生活质量、全身感染情况等。结果:与对照组相比,A组患者NK细胞活性以及T淋巴细胞亚群显著提高,感染机会明显减少,生存质量提高,P<0.05。结论:华蟾素对晚期肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能具有一定增强作用,可提高免疫细胞数量,提高患者生存质量。

Objective： To observe and summarize effects of TCM medicine cinobufacini on immune function in patients with advanced malignancies. Methods： 200 patients were randomly divied into two groups, group A of 100 cases were given cinobufacini injection therapy, group B of 100 cases was given conventional symptomatic treatment. After the treatment,observing the lymphocytes （Tcells, NK cells, B cells） count, quality of life, systemic infection of group A and B, etc. Results： Compared with the group B, the NK cell activity and T lymphocyte subsets in group A increased significantly. The chances of infection significantly reduced, the quality of life improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cinobufacini was confirmed with enhancement on cellular immune function, can increase the number of immune cells and the quality of life.
