Baishao, a kind of TCM medicine which commonly used to tonify the blood, was confirmed with Yangxue Lianyin,Rougan Zhitong, Pingyi Ganyang. In recent years, along with the universal application of TCM medicine, pharmacological effects ofBaishao were studied extremely extensive and in-depth. In this article, pharmacological effects and research advances of Baishao were analyzed, so as to promote fully application of Baishao in clinic.
