摘要
目的:观察脑血管供血不足采用天麻泽泻汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年5月-2014年2月间收治的脑血管供血不足患者80例,分为两组。观察组接受天麻泽泻汤治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:经过一段时间的治疗,观察组总有效率(92.68%)与对照组(71.79%)相比,明显增高,两组临床疗效差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血管供血不足采用天麻泽泻汤进行治疗疗效确切,安全有效,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Tianma Zexie decoction on cerebrovascular insufficiency. Methods： 80patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given the Tianma Zexie decoction; another was given routine western medicine. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was 92.68%, obviously higher than 71.79% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tianma Zexie decoction was confirmed with remarkable effects, high safety, and was worthy of clinical application.
