摘要
目的:研究中西药结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将我院2009年6月-2013年6月经门诊诊断为排卵障碍性不孕症的160例患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,对照组患者采用克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上配合中药温经活血、通阳散结法(温通法)治疗。通过超声监测卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜厚度和妊娠率等来评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组80例,妊娠47例(58.8%);对照组80例,妊娠32例(40.0%)。治疗组妊娠率明显高于对照组。结论:对排卵障碍性不孕症采用克罗米芬配合中药温通法治疗,可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善患者的妊娠机会。
Objective： To study clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on ovulatory dysfunetional sterility. Methods： 160patients with ovulatory dysfunetional sterility were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from June 2009 to June 2013, 80 cases per group. The control group was given clomiphene; another was given Wenjing Huoxue therapy and Tongyang Sanjie therapy more. Clinical efficacy was investigated by follicular development, endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate. Results： There were 47 cases （58.8%） of gestation in the observation group, and 32 cases （40.0%） of gestation in another. Pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could obviously improve clinical efficacy and gestation.
