中药保留灌肠配合推拿治疗小儿腹泻病疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating infantile diarrhea in TCM

观察中药保留灌肠配合推拿治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效。方法:辨证论治采取不同的中药方剂煎液后保留灌肠,并配合不同的推拿手法以分型治疗小儿腹泻病。结果:治疗组120例,痊愈104例,显效14例,无效2例,总有效率98.3%;对照组120例,痊愈50例,显效40例,无效30例,总有效率75.0%。两组疗效经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05),表明中药保留灌肠配合推拿治疗小儿腹泻病疗效显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of enema plus massage on infantile diarrhea. Methods： Different enema decoctions and different massage skills were used through differentiation and treatment. Results： 120 cases for each group, 104 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 98.3% in the treatment group; 50 cases were cured, 40 cases weremarkedly effective, 30 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 75.0% in another. Clinical efficacy in two groups was significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Enema plus massage showed good clinical efficacy, and were worthy of promotion.
