摘要
由于火炮控制系统中对交流伺服系统的高可靠性要求,提出了双CPU的冗余控制方案。基于TI公司的一款浮点型DSP,采用两片TMS320F28335为主芯片的硬件冗余方案,运用解析冗余的双CPU故障检测法判别故障并进行故障定位,实现冗余热切换,从而保证了系统工作的连续性。
Because the gun control system must be provided with the high reliability of the AC servo system this paper proposes CPU redundancy control measures.Based on a floating-poing DSP of the TI,two TMS320F28335 are used as the main chip of the hard- ware redundancy scheme and Dual CPU fault detection method is used to identify and locate the fault, in ord to achieve redundancy switch and ensure the continuity of the system work.
