摘要
传统的盘纸自动搭接技术针对不同内径的盘纸剩余量有很大的差别(差距有时会在10 m以上),这种差别大大降低了检测效果。提出了成像式盘纸余量检测系统采用机器视觉的方法,在线实时精确检测盘纸的剩余量。实验得出于同类方法,该方法能保证不同内径的盘纸剩余量相差不超过0.5 m,且抗噪能力卓越,可从根本上杜绝浪费。
The traditional cigarette paper automatic bonding techniques make a great differentce in the remaining amount of cigarette paper with various disk diameters（ sometimes more than 10 m ） ,this greatly reduces the detection results. This paper presents a de- tection system in which the machine vision technology is used to accurately detect the remaining amount of cigarette paper. By exper- iment,this method can be used to guarantee the differences of its inside diameter with in 0.5 m.lt has excellent noise immunity and puts an and to waste completely.
