Combining with the economy and applicable principles of public rental housing construction, this paper researched the key points of electrical design of public rental housing, elaborated in detail the public rental housing power supply and distribution system, electric load, wire, lighting switch design and other aspects, illustrated the computing modes of electric and the design ways of weak electrical system, in order to a- chieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection, reduced the investment amount.
