摘要
为了提升我国建设工程招投标管理的水平,以招投标的一般程序、法律法规建设为基础,分析总结了工程招投标存在的问题,并分别对建设单位、投标人、招标代理、评审专家以及政府监督部门等各招投标活动参与主体提出了规范化对策,为建筑工程招投标管理发展的专业化、规范化提供理论基础。
In order to improve THE bidding management level of our construction project, based on bidding procedures, laws and regulations construction, this paper analyzed and summarized the existing problems in project bidding, and respectively put forward standard countermeasures to construction units, bidders, tender agent, evaluation experts and government supervision departments and other bidding activities partici- pants, provided theoretical foundation for the professional and standardization of construction project bidding management development.
