从工程人员自身素质、建筑材料、质量检验等角度出发,分析了影响建筑工程质量的因素,并针对建筑工程施工中存在的问题,提出了重视建筑设计,加强监督管理等质量管理策略,以确保建筑工程各阶段的施工质量。

Starting from aspects of engineering staff quality, construction materials and quality examination, the paper analyzes factors influencing building engineering quality. In light of building engineering construction problems, it puts forward quality management strategies including em- phasizing building design, strengthening supervision management and so on, with a view to guarantee building engineering construction quality at various phases.
