对总承包项目接口管理的重要性、原则、程序以及内容进行了简要论述,重点分析了接口管理的理论与方法研究,包括合同控制、系统思维、动态管理三个方面,以提高项目实施的效率,保证建设项目的质量。
The paper briefly discusses the importance, principles, procedures and contents of general contracting project joint management, and mainly analyzes joint management theory and method research including contract control, systematical concept and dynamic management, with a view to improve project implementation efficiency and guarantee construction project quality.
