论“两化”融合测度指标体系构建的理论前提

Discussion on the Theoretical Premises of Establishing the Index System for Measuring the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization

目前,我国"两化"融合指标体系的研究基本集中在对其指标的探讨上,理论支撑明显不足。建立"两化"融合测度指标体系应首先解决三大理论前提,即"两化"融合测度指标体系的功能定位,"两化"融合测度指标体系的需求分析和"两化"融合测度指标体系的理论依据。这三大理论前提决定着"两化"融合测度指标体系的目标、方向和基础,对建立更加完善的"两化"融合测度指标体系具有非常重要的意义。

At present, the research of the index system of the integration of informatization and industrialization in China focused on the discussions on the index, but theoretical supports are defectively. To establish the index system for measuring the integration of informatization and industrialization should first solve three theoretical premises, that is, function orientation, demand analysis and theoretical basis of the index system. These three theoretical premises determine the target, direction and the foundation of the index system for measuring the integration of informatization and industrialization. Moreover, these three theoretical premises have great significance for establishing more perfect index system.
