摘要
目的观察华佗再造丸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注所致心肌梗死的保护作用。方法复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注致心肌梗死模型,以硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)为染色剂,观察华佗再造丸对心肌梗死程度,并检测其对超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果与模型组比较,华佗再造丸高、中、低剂量组能明显减轻心肌梗死程度,缩小梗死面积,降低梗死区质量,降低梗死区占心室及心脏百分比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论华佗再造丸对心肌缺血所致心肌梗死有确切的保护作用,其机制与其抗氧自由基作用有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Huatuo Zaizao pills on the myocardial infarction in rats induced by ischemia-reperfusion. Methods In this experiment, ischemia/reperfusion-induced myocardial infarction model was established. With nitro blue tetrazolium(N-BT) as the stain, we observed the effect of Hucttuo Zcdzao pills on the extent of myocardial infarction, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results Compared with the model group, Huatuo Zaizao pills in the dosage of 7, 3.5, 1.75 g crude drug/kg body weight had significant effect on reducing myocardial infarction degrees, infarct size, infarct mass and the percentage of ventricular infarction, increasing serum SOD activity, and decreasing MDA content, the differences being statistically significant(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Huatuo Zaizao pills have certain protective effect on myocardial infarction induced by myocardial ischemia, and the mechanism is probably connected with the antioxidation.
