摘要
为提高瓶体上所贴标签的合格程度,提高检测精度,解决贴标签的水平偏移检测困难,本文利用线结构光的特性对标签质量进行检测。利用结构光在图像分析区域建立参考线,使图像处理与分析过程准确度提高,有效地判断所贴标签的质量。采用结构光辅助检测,不仅可以检测贴标签的水平偏移,更能提高标签质量检测的精度与准度。
In order to improve the quality of label on the bottle and the detection accuracy, and solve the difficult of level deviation detection, the characteristics of line structured laser is used to detect the quality of the label. As a result of the structured light auxiliary function, the reference line in area of image is established, the processing's accuracy is higher than before. The program can judge the quality of the label effectively. It not only can measure the levels of label, but also improve the quality of label detection's precision and accuracy.
