摘要
提出了一种简化SFP光模块测试与调试流程的自动生产系统。该系统通过MCU控制标准模块对待调测模块进行调试与校准。测试结果表明,调试后的光模块符合相应参数标准,与传统光模块的生产调试相比,能极大减少模块生产与测试过程中硬件开支和人力成本。
In the paper, a research on module auto-production system is proposed,a solution for simplifies the production test and debugging process.The system through the MCU control standard module communication with the module which is waiting for debugging. The test results show that,compared with traditional produc- tion debugging of optical module ,the design is greatly reducing hardware costs and human costs.
