Application of the Biological Energizer on Papermaking Wastewater Treatment

摘要 研究生物促生剂用于造纸废水处理的活性污泥系统中以提高造纸废水的降解效果。生物促生剂的主要成分包括漆酶、微量元素、赤霉素、黄腐酸、氮盐、磷盐,采用单因素试验方法分析该6种成分在不同使用量下的处理效果。实验得到该6种成分的最佳使用量:漆酶用量10 mg·L-1,微量元素用量2 mg·L-1,赤霉素用量0.1 mg·L-1,黄腐酸用量1 mg·L-1,氮盐用量1 mg·L-1,磷盐用量0.5 mg·L-1。控制反应温度30℃,加入该生物促生剂,曝气12 h后,造纸废水的CODCr去除率为68.27%,色度去除率为52.38%;与未添加的相比,去除率均提高10%左右。 This project developed a new type of biological energizer for papermaking wastewater and which was applied to activated sludge system of papermaking wastewater treatment in order to improve the effect of papermaking wastewater degradation, its main ingredients include laccase, trace elements, gibberellin, fulvic acid, nitrogen salts and phosphate salts. Using single factor method analysis of 6 kinds of components under different usage, the optimal usage of the 6 ingredients were showed as following: l accase dosage was 10 mg·L-1, the amount of micronutrients was 2 mg·L-1, gibberellin dosage was 0.1mg·L-1, the amount of fulvic acid was 1mg·L-1, the amount of nitrogen salts was 1 mg·L-1, and the amount of phosphate salts was 0.5 mg-L ~. Controlling the reaction temperature of 30℃, adding the biological energizer, after aeration 12 h, CODCr. removal rate of papermaking wastewater was 68.27%, color removal rate was 52.38%. Compared with not added, the removal rate increased by about 10%.
