摘要
文章以创新管理理念和先进的信息化Browse/Server技术,分析目前科技项目管控现状,提出信息化实现方法,标准化作业流程,以提高科技项目过程管理质量,提升工作效率。
Based on innovation of management idea and advanced information technology of Browse/Server,this paper analyzes the deficiency of science and technology project process, puts forward some methods for realizing the informatization, standardization process, in order to improve the management quality of science and technology project process and work efficiency.
