小牛血去蛋白联合干细胞动员治疗重型颅脑损伤临床观察 被引量:2

Effect of Deproteinized calf serum injection plus stem cells mobilization on severe craniocerebral injury

摘要 目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合自体骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)动员治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取60例重型颅脑损伤患者按随机数字表对照组(30例)和观察组(30例,在对照组治疗基础上加用小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合BMSCs动员治疗),比较两组患者间格拉斯哥评分(GCS)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及临床不良反应。结果两组患者伤后治疗14d、28d的GCS评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),并且观察组较对照组提高更为显著(P<0.05),而两组患者NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),并且观察组较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);观察组外周血CD34+CD133+占外周血单核细胞比率治疗3w时明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合自体BMSCs动员可安全有效的促进重型颅脑损伤患者神经损伤修复,显著改善患者神经功能。 Objective To investigate the safety and effect of deproteinized calf serum injection plus autologous bone marrow stem cells mobilization therapy for severe craniocerebral injury patients.Methods Totally 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury,admitted to our hospital,were randomly number table divided into control group(n = 30) and observation group(n = 30);patients in the observation group were given deproteinized calf serum injection combined with autologous bone marrow stem cells mobilization therapy.After treatment was compared with the Glasgow coma scale(GCS),neurological function deficit score(NIHSS).Adverse reactions were observed.Results After 14 and 28 days of treatments,Two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with GCS score before treatment(P〈0.05),and in the observation group significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05);Two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with NIHSS score before treatment(P〈0.05),and in the observation group significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05);Three weeks after treatment,the rate of CD34+and CD133+cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was in the observation group,obviously higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was found in 2 groups.Conclusion Deproteinized calf serum injection plus autologous bone marrow stem cells mobilization therapy can be safely and effectively promote severe craniocerebral injury patients with nerve injury repair,significantly improve the patients nervous function.
