大剂量甲强龙冲击治疗视神经挫伤的效果分析

Effect of intravenous high dose Methylprednisolone on Optic Nerve Contusion

目的探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗视神经挫伤(Optic Nerve Contusion)的临床疗效。方法选取新乡市中心医院眼科2010年6月—2013年12月收治的30例(30只眼)视神经挫伤的住院患者,随机数字法分为2组,治疗组15例(15只眼)患者在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注大剂量甲强龙;对照组15例(15只眼)患者在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注地塞米松,两组均5d后逐渐减量口服至停药,总疗程20d。治疗前后患者接受视力、裂隙灯、眼底、P-VEP检查。结果治疗组的总有效率为84.44%,对照组的总有效率为31.33%,治疗组的视力和视野的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗视神经挫伤安全,有效。

Objective To investigate high dose Methylprednisolone in significance in the treatment of Optic Nerve Contusion.Methods 30cases（30 eyes） with Optic Nerve Contusion patients（2010.6—2013.12） randomly divided into 2groups,treatment group received high dose intravenous methylprednisolone based on the conventional treatment with a total course of 20 days.The control group received intravenous dexamethasone（10 mg of 5 glucose solution 500 mL,1time /d,5 ~ 7d after dexamethasone based on the conventional treatment.？ Before and after treatment visual acuity,slit lamp,fundus,P-VEP,computer vision（vision allows patients to be OK this cheek） were checked.Results Results The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 60.00%,control group was 33.33%,there were statically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion high dose Methylprednisolone in the treatment of optic nerve contusion to safe,effective,and clinical application.
