结直肠癌误诊漏诊原因分析

Cause Analysis on Misdiagnosis of colorectal cancer

目的为减少结直肠癌误诊漏诊,做到早诊断、早治疗,提高治愈率,延长患者生命,确保生存质量。方法对驻马店市中心医院肛肠科2005年元月至2012年元月收住的结直肠癌患者347例中误诊的268例进行分析。结果大部分患者就诊前有不同程度的误诊、漏诊及误治。结论提高医生素质,重视病史采集,首诊大便潜血筛查,有效肠镜检查,气钡双重造影,合理治疗癌前病变,是减少误诊漏诊的关键。

Objective Reducing the misdiagnosis of colorectal cancer,increase patients cure rate and life,ensure the survive quality by early detection and early treatment.Methods Analyzed the 268 misdiagnosis samples in347 patients in anorectum section from January 2005 to January 2012.Results Varying degrees misdiagnosis,therapeutic errors are existed for mostly patients.Conclusion Increasing doctor diathesis,recognition medical record,defecate occult blood screen,efficiency enteroscopy inspect,barium getter double contrast radiograph,reasonable therapy precancerous lesion is the key factors to increase Aging,high γ-GT and late tumour stage are the risk factors to decrease misdiagnosis.
