借助网络平台 提高县级机关党建科学化水平——以福建省连城县为例

Improving scientific level of the party building in the county authorities with the aid of the network platform——A case study of Liancheng county,Fujian province

学习贯彻中共十八届三中全会精神,借助网络平台提高县级机关党建科学化水平有现实意义。福建省连城县机关党建网络化进程中思想认识存在误区、工作方式相对滞后、工作机制尚待健全。机关党建网络化必须深化认识,探索创新,逐步完善,以此合力构建“大网络”,全力建设“大平台”,健全“大机制”的工作格局。

It was an attempt of practical significance to improve scientific level of the party building in the county authorities by studying the spirit of the third plenary session of the 11th central committee of the CPC with the aid of the network platform. There exist some problems, such as ideological misunderstanding, lag working mode, defective working mechanism, etc. in the networked party building of the government agency （NPBGA） in Liancheng county, Fujian province. It should deepen understanding, innovate and gradually improve NPBGA to construct the network platform and thus promote the work situation.
