摘要
为查明某选铜尾矿的综合利用价值,对其进行了工艺矿物学研究。采用了显微镜鉴定、化学分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜能谱分析等手段,查明了某地铜尾矿矿物组成,主要矿物的粒度特征和嵌布特征。结果表明,该尾矿的主要有价元素为铜、铁和钼且其品位分别为0.086%、3.25%和0.011%,对应的回收矿物为黄铜矿、磁铁矿-磁赤铁矿和辉钼矿的相对含量分别为0.17%、0.8%和0.02%。工艺矿物学的研究,对该尾矿的开发利用提供了科学依据。
Took the process mineralogy study of a certain copper tailing to find out the comprehensive utilization value. This process mineralogy study was made to identify the mineral composition of a certain copper tailing,the dissemination characteristics and the grain characterostics of the main minarals by means of microscope, chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, SEM-EDS. The results indicate that, the valuable elements of the copper tailing are Cu. Fe and Mo,and their grades are 0. 086%、3.25% and 0. 011%. The corresponding recovery minarals are chalcopyrite, magnetite- maghemite and molybdenite with the relative content of 0.17%、0.8% and 0.02%. This study provide a basic date for the copper tailing.
