摘要
随着机械化水平的不断提高,邢东矿综采工作面的产尘量越来越大,工作场所粉尘浓度居高不下,严重危害了职工的身心健康,矿井安全生产存在重大隐患。通过分析邢东矿综采工作面不同条件下粉尘运动的变化规律和喷雾系统的除尘机理,设计了综采工作面高压喷雾除尘系统。使用该除尘系统后,采煤机割煤时对于整个工作面平均全尘除尘效率达85%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率可达75%以上;移架、放顶时平均全尘除尘效率达88%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达77%以上;回风巷水幕下风向5m处,其全尘除尘效率达98%,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达95%。采用高压喷雾除尘系统在邢东矿综采工作面上防治粉尘取得了良好的效果。
With the continuous improvement of the level of mechanization,there is more and more dust quantity in fully mechanized caving face in Xingdong Mine,and there has beening high dust concentration in the workplace,which causes serious harm to the physical and mental health of the employees and major hidden danger of Mine Safety Production. By analyzing the variation of dust movement in fully mechanized caving face in Xingdong Mine under different conditions, the high pressure spray dust removal system of fully mechanized working face is designed . After the use of the dust removal system,the average total dust removal efficiency can reach more than 85% in coal cutting with the shearer, respirable dust collection efficiency can reach more than 75%; the average total dust removal efficiency can reach more than 88% in advancing support and roof caving and respirable dust collection efficiency can reach more than 77%;the total dust removal efficiency can reach98 % and respirable dust collection efficiency reaches 95% at 5m off the wind direction from the water curtain of the return airway. Application of high pessure spray dust removal system in full- mechanized caving face in Xingdong mine has obtained good effect in pevention of dust.
