摘要 结合电网和负荷的发展,说明电能质量指标的发展和完善过程,指出:指标的发展主要依赖于对电网中传导性干扰现象的研究。说明电磁兼容性(electromagnetic compatibility,EMC)标准和电能质量标准的关系,论述电能质量指标研究的新动态,包括指标多样化的发展、指标限值的精细化和合理化、分布式发电(dispersed generation,DG)的影响、综合指标的探讨以及经济指标的研究等。 According to the developments of power system and consumers, the paper explains the developing and perfecting course of power quality indices, it shows that the development of the indices is basically dependent on researches of conducted disturbance phenomena in power system. The relationships between electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) levels and power quality standards are expounded. The recent developments in the indices are discussed, including variety of the indices, fining and reasoning the index limits, the influences of dispersed generation (DG), exploring global index and researching economic effect index and so on.
