大学生学习拖延影响因素研究综述

摘要 近年来,大学生学习拖延已经成为了各大高校日渐普遍的现象,它不仅严重影响了学生的学习成绩和学习习惯,而且极易引发学生焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪体验,给学生带来心理隐患。本文全面总结和归纳了国内外相关领域的研究成果,在系统梳理了学习拖延影响因素的同时,客观分析了现有研究存在的不足,并对该领域未来的研究前景进行了展望。
