棉花灸配合围刺法治疗肝经郁热型蛇串疮36例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 36 Cases of Snake Strand Sore with Stagnated Heat in Liver Channel Treated by Cotton Moxibustion Combined with Surrounding Needling Method

目的：应用棉花灸配合围刺法治疗肝经郁热型蛇串疮并观察疗效.方法：首先根据疱疹面积大小,在其周围取3～10个进针点,针尖向病区中心,30～40min后出针,然后采用棉花灸,1次/d.结果：共观察治疗了36例,经过4～9次治疗,总有效率为100%.结论：临床观察表明,应用本法可较好的改善局部微循环,促进新陈代谢,缩短疗程,且本法疗效显著,易于操作,起效快,止痛好,患者易接受.

Objective: To treat snake strand sore of stagnated heat in liver channel type with cotton moxibustion combined with surrounding needling method and observe the curative effect. Method:Firstly, in accordance with the area size of herpes, 3~10 needling points were selected. The needle tip was towards the rash center.The needle was removed after 30 to 40 minutes and then use cotton moxibustion, once a day. Results:a total of 36 cases were observed. After 4~9 treatments, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:the clinical observation showed that this method can improve the local microcirculation, promote metabolism, shorten the course of treatment. This method has obvious curative effect. It is easy to operate, quickly takes effect, relieve pain better, and is easily to be accepted by patients.
