缓急抑激汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合症31例

Treatment of 31 Cases of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Huanji Yiji Decoction

目的:观察中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激素综合症的疗效。方法:治疗组服用缓急抑激汤,对照组口服匹维溴胺、洛哌丁胺。结果:远期疗效比较治疗组痊愈显效率74.7%,对照组痊愈显效率38.71%。结论:中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合症疗效显著,治疗效果明显优于西药疗法。

Objectives： To observe the curative efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on treating diarrhea-predominant irritablebowel syndrome （IBS）. Method： The treatment group was treated with Huanji Yiji Decoction. The control group orally takenPinaverium bromide and loperamide. Result： For the comparison of long-term effect, the curative and effective rate of treatment groupwas 74.7% , the control group 38.71%. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine has marked curative effect on treatingdiarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and the effect is significantly better than that of western medicine.
