中西医结合治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛5例的临床研究

Clinical study of 5 cases of Angina after Myocardial Infarction Treated with Integrated Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的：观察中西医结合治疗心肌梗死以后心绞痛的临床效果.方法：抽取20013年6月～2013年11月在我院接收的患有心肌梗死后心绞痛的病人一共有5例,对病人采取中西医结合治疗,分析其临床疗效.结果：本文-共有5例病人,其中显效2例（40%）,有效3例（60%）,总体临床治疗有效率为100%.结论：心肌梗死以后心绞痛采取中西医共同治疗,可以使疼痛发作次数明显减少,使疼痛得到明显缓解,具有临床推广价值.

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicineon angina after myocardial infarction. Methods： Five patients with angina after myocardial infarction in our hospital from June 2013toNovember 2013 were treated with integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine. The clinical curative effectof them were analyzed. Results： In the five patients, two cases （40%） were cured;3 cases （60%） had effect; no cases （0%） had no effect.The total clinical effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Treating angina after myocardial infarction together with Chinese and Westernmedicine can significantly reduce the pain episodes and alleviate pain.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
