紫白膏对混合痔术后出血的临床和实验研究

Clinical and experimental research on Zibai cream for bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids operation

目的:探讨紫白膏的止血作用。方法:1将150例混合痔术后患者随机分为紫白膏组、凡士林组和红霉素软膏组各50例,术后分别予紫白膏、凡士林、红霉素软膏换药,术后第7天观察记录患者便时出血情况。2小鼠断尾出血实验和玻璃毛细管凝血实验观察紫白膏对小鼠出凝血时间的影响。结果:1紫白膏组和凡士林组、红霉素软膏组比较,在治疗混合痔术后便时出血存在显著性差异(P<0.05),紫白膏组优于凡士林组和红霉素软膏组。2小鼠断尾出血实验中:紫白膏与凡士林、紫白膏与空白组、凡士林与空白组对小鼠断尾出血时间的影响比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。小鼠玻璃毛细管凝血实验中:紫白膏与凡士林、空白组比较,可明显缩短正常小鼠的凝血时间(P<0.05),凡士林与空白组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:紫白膏能有效防治混合痔术后便时出血情况;通过实验阐明了紫白膏具有一定的止血作用。

Objective： To investigate the hemostatic effect of Zibai cream. Methods： ① 150 cases after mixed hemorrhoids operationwere randomly divided into Zibai cream group, Vaseline group and Erythromycin Ointment group, 50 cases in each group, dressingchanges with Zibai cream, Vaseline and Erythromycin Ointment after operations, the bleeding conditions were observed and recorded onthe 7th day after operation. ② The clotting time of mice for experiments and glass capillary coagulation experimental mouse tail bleedingwere observed on effect of Zibai cream. Results： ① Compared with Zibai cream group and Vaseline group, Erythromycin Ointment group,in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative bleeding when it exists significant differences（P〈0.05）, Zibai cream group was betterthan Vaseline group and Erythromycin Ointment group. ② In the mouse tail bleeding experiment： comparison of the effect on the mousetail bleeding time of Zibai cream and vaseline, Zibai cream and the blank group, Vaseline and blank group had no statistical difference（ P〉0.05 ） .Mouse glass capillary coagulation experiment： comparison of Zibai cream and Vaseline group, blank group, which cansignificantly shorten the clotting time of normal mice （P 〈0.05）, compared with the blank group and Vaseline group,it had no statisticaldifference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Zibai cream can effectively prevent bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids operation; Through theexperiment illustrates Zibai cream can stop bleeding.
