针灸康复疗法治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效

Efficacy observation on treatment of dysphagia after stroke by acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy

目的：研究针灸康复疗法治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效.方法：选择2012年2月～2014年3月我院接诊的100例中风后吞咽障碍的患者进行研究.随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组50例,对照组50例.实验组采用针灸康复疗法,对照组采用常规的康复疗法.比较两组患者的治疗效果和VFSS评分.结果：实验组患者与对照组患者的痊愈率为18.00%和6.00%;实验组的显效率、有效率都明显高于对照组;实验组的总有效率为92.00%,对照组的总有效率为44.00%,两组比较具有统计学意义（u=4.5874,P﹤0.0001）;第-周时,实验组患者的VFSS评分明显高于对照组两组比较有统计学意义（t=7.9275,P﹤0.0001）;第二周时,实验组患者的VFSS评分明显高于对照组两组比较有统计学意义（t=9.3113,P﹤0.0001）;第三周时,实验组患者的VFSS评分明显高于对照组两组比较有统计学意义（t=6.3571,P﹤0.0001）.结论：针灸康复疗法治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效良好,值得临床上加以应用.

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 100cases with dysphagia after stroke in our hospital from February, 2012 to March, 2014 were selected and randomly divided into theexperiment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the experiment group were treated with acupuncture andrehabilitation therapy, while patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The curative effects and VFSS scores ofthe two groups were compared. Results： The curative rates of the experiment group and the control group were respectively 18.00% and6.00%. The markedly effective rate and the effective rate of the experiment group were obviously higher than those of the control group;the total effective rate of the control group was 92.00%, that of the control group was 44.00%, the comparison of the two groups hadstatistical significance（u=4.5874,P〈0.0001）; in the 1st week, VFSS scores of the experiment group was significantly higher than that ofthe control group with statistical significance（t=7.9275,P〈0.0001）; in the 2nd week, VFSS scores of the experiment group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group with statistical significance（t=9.3113,P〈0.0001）; in the 3rd week, VFSS scores of theexperiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical significance（t=6.3571,P〈0.0001）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy has good effect on dysphagia after stroke which is worthy of clinical application.
