彩色多普勒局部放大功能对胆囊小隆起性病变的诊断

Color Doppler local amplification for the diagnosis of small polypoid lesions of the gallbladder

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）诊断仪的局部放大功能（Z00M）,对胆囊壁微小、多发的隆起性病变的诊断价值.方法：对病理证实的胆囊壁隆起性息肉样病变声像图进行回顾性对照分析.结果：术后病理非肿瘤性隆起性病变54例,占86%,直径多在2～12mm,多发性的45例,占45%,单发的18例,占28.6%,胆固醇息肉35例,占55.6%,炎性息肉19例,占30.2%,胆囊腺瘤7例,占11%,均单发,大小在10～13mm.腺癌2例,占3.2%,直径15～20mm.结论：彩色多普勒超声诊断仪局部放大功能可提高胆囊小隆起性病变的检出率及灵敏度,具有-定的临床应用价值.

Objective： To investigate the value of Color Doppler ultrasound （CDFI） local amplification diagnostic instrument （Z00M）in the diagnosis of gallbladder wall, small, multiple eminence lesions. Methods： Pathology of gallbladder wall protuberances polypoidlesions were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 54 cases postoperative pathology of non tumor protruded lesions accounted for 86%, thediameter was more under 2-12mm, 45 cases multiple accounted for 45%, 18 cases single accounted for 28.6%, 35 cases cholesterol polypsaccounted for 55.6%, 19 cases inflammatory polyps accounted for 30.2%, 7 cases of gallbladder adenoma, accounted for 11%, all single, in10-13mm. 2 cases of Adenocarcinoma accounted for 3.2%, the diameter of 15-20mm. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosticapparatus local amplification can increase the detection rate and the sensitivity of small polypoid lesions of the gallbladder with certainvalue in clinical application.
