某社区育龄职业女职工妇科病普查结果分析

Analysis ofthe Census Results of Gynecopathic Diseases of Professional Women at Childbearing Age

目的分析某社区已婚妇女妇科体检中的妇科疾病的患病情况,为采取相应妇女保健措施提供依据。方法选择2011—2013年到医院进行妇女病普查的湖北化肥厂社区已婚在职女职工1 836人,并对其检查结果进行分析。结果参加普查的1 836名已婚女性中,妇科病患病情况排在前3位的分别为乳腺囊性增生病(963例)、宫颈炎(182例)和子宫肌瘤(154例)。结论社区职业女性中乳腺疾病患病率较高,应引起足够的重视。

Objectives To analyze the prevalence of gynecological diseases among married women in the local com‐munity ,and to provide guidance for taking health care measures for women .Methods The check‐up results of 1836 married professional women form community of Hubei Chemical Fertilizer Plant who received gynecological diseases census in our hospital in 2011-2013 were analyzed .Results The gynecological diseases which ranked the first three were breast cystic hyperplasia （963 cases） ,cervicitis （182 cases） and uterine fibroids （154 cases） among the 1836 married women .Conclusions More attention should be paid to the high prevalence of the breast diseases among professional women .
