全子宫切除术后标本中疾病构成的相关分析

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF THE DISEASES IN POSTOPERATIVE SPECIMENS AFTER HYSTERECTOMY

目的探讨全子宫切除术后标本中相关疾病的构成并分析该类疾病之间的关系。方法对从2006年8月到2012年8月收治的1053例行全子宫切除术患者的术后标本进行回顾性分析,根据病理检查的结果,分析原发病及各组伴发病的构成情况。结果在1053例子宫标本中,仅有一种疾病者为237例,占22.51%,其中子宫内膜息肉129例(54.43%)、子宫肌瘤49例(20.68%)、子宫内膜增生27例(11.39%)、宫颈病变18例(7.59%)、子宫内膜癌10例(4.22%)、子宫腺肌病4例(1.69%);含有2种及以上者为816例,占77.49%,其中出现伴发病较高的是宫颈病变(92.04%),其他依次为子宫肌瘤(85.46%)、子宫内膜增生(82.58%)、子宫内膜息肉(33.85%)、子宫内膜癌(33.33%)、子宫腺肌病(3.28%)。结论在子宫所患疾病中常有伴发病的发生,临床诊治时应注意,以免漏诊或误诊。

Objective To explore the composition of related diseases in the postoperative specimens after hyster-ectomy and to analyze the relationship between these diseases .Methods From August 2006 to August 2012 ,1053 patients underwent hysterectomy and a retrospecective study was made on the postoperative specimens to analyze the composition of diseases ,including the primary diseases and concomitant diseases .Results In 1053 cases of uter-ine specimens ,only 237 cases suggested that the patients were suffering from one disease ,accounting for 22 .51% , in which there were 129 cases of endometrial polyps （54 .43% ） ,49 cases of uterine fibroids （20 .68% ） ,27 cases of endometrial hyperplasia （11 .39% ） ,18 cases of cervical lesions （7 .59% ） ,10 cases of endometrial cancer （4 . 22% ） ,and 4 cases of adenomyosis （1 .69% ） .T he remaining 816 postoperative specimens show ed that the patients were having two or more diseases ,with cervical lesions the highest rate of occurrence （92 .04% ） ,followed by u-terine fibroids （85 .46% ） ,endometrial hyperplasia （82 .58% ） ,endometrial polyps （33 .85% ） ,endometrial cancer （33 .33% ） ,and adenomyosis （3 .28% ） .Conclusion Since uterine diseases are often accompanied with other disea-ses ,more attention should be given while performing clinical diagnosis and treatment in order to avoid missed diag -nosis or misdiagnose .
