摘要
目的：对门诊处方进行点评和不合理用药分析，提高处方质量，促进合理用药。方法随机抽查贵州省人民医院2013年7～12月门诊处方6000张，使用处方点评工作表的指标进行统计分析。结果平均用药品种数、处方金额数、抗菌药物使用比例、药品通用名的使用率均在正常范围。不合理处方占抽查处方的18．3％，不合理的方面主要有诊断不规范、药品适应症与诊断不符、用法用量不适宜、联用不合理、配伍禁忌、抗菌药物使用不合理等。结论医院应继续加强宣传和管理，处方点评制度可提高处方质量，促进合理用药。
Objective To analyze the effect of hospital prescription review system on outpatient prescrip-tion indexes and irrational administration in order to improve the quality of prescription and promote the rational drug use .Methods 6000 outpatient prescriptions from July to December in 2013 were randomly sampled and statistically analyzed by the prescription comment worksheet .Results The average of drug va-rieties ,the medical expenses in prescriptions ,the proportion of antimicrobial usage and the usage of com-mon names of drugs were found within the normal range of prescription .The irrational prescriptions ac-counted for 18 .3 % of the total prescriptions surveyed in this literature .The irrational prescriptions were mainly non-standard diagnoses ,inconsistence of drug indication and diagnosis ,inappropriate usage and dosage ,irrational combined use of drugs ,chemical incompatibility and abused use of antimicrobials .Con-clusion Hospitals should continue strengthening publicity and management ,and the prescription review system can improve prescription quality and promote rational drug administration.
