摘要
目的探索倾听法对宫颈癌患者的临床护理效果。方法倾听患者对环境的准备、倾听者的心理、态度、表情、语言等的反应,做出心理评估。结果愤怒者占15%,在0.5d内心情平静,否认者占20%,在1d内对自身疾病能正确认识,恐惧焦虑者占80%,在3d内症状逐渐减轻或消失。所有患者能面对现实,正确转换角色,认识自身价值,走出疾病阴影。结论倾听技术能使患者自由自在地倾诉内心的烦恼痛苦,使压抑的情感得以缓解,有效提高宫颈癌病人的生活质量,有利于建立良好的医患、护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of listening to patients’ complaints on cervical cancer .Meth-ods Psychological evaluation was made by listening to patients’ statements concerning their preparations for hospital conditions ,paying attention to their changes in mental state ,attitude ,expressions and verbal ability .Results The patients wih anger (15% ) calmed in half a day ,the patients with denial attitude (20% ) recognized their ow n illness in a day and the symptoms of the patients with fear and anxiety (80% ) gradually decreased or disappeared in 3 days .All patients were able to face the reality ,recognized their own value and role conversion ,and showed a positive attitude toward life .Conclusion Listening to pa-tients’ complaints can enable patients to express their suffering or vexations with ease ,alleviate the sup-pressed emotions ,improve the quality of life and help to establish a good doctor-patient or nurse-patient relationship .
