儿童肱骨髁上骨折采用中西医结合治疗的临床研究

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF THE COMBINATION OF TCM AND WESTERN MEDICINE ON HUMERAL SUPRACONDYLAR FRACTURES IN CHILDREN

目的：探讨对肱骨踝上骨折患儿采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月～2014年4月接收治疗的106例肱骨踝上骨折患儿作为研究对象，运用数字随机法将其分为观察组（54例）和对照组（52例），对照组患儿仅给予西医治疗，观察组患儿在西医治疗基础上给予中医治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗优良率为87．0％，对照组患者的治疗优良率为65．4％，观察组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗肱骨髁上骨折患儿，能够提高治疗优良率，减少并发症发生，具有较高的安全性，值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine on hu-meral supracondylar fractures in children .Methods 106 cases of humeral supracondylar fracture in children treated in this hospital from April ,2012 to April ,2014 were randomly divided into the observation group （54 cases） and the contrast group （52 cases） .The contrast group was treated with western medicine , while the observation group was treated with the combination of TCM and western medicine .The Curative effects in the two groups were compared .Results The curative rates of the observation group and the con-trast group were 87 .0% and 65 .4% respectively（ P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion The combination of TCM and western medicine can produce good curative effect on humeral supracondylar fractures in children and re-duce complications .
