随着我国高校贫困生数量的增多,高校大学生资助工作已经成为学生管理工作中的一项重要内容。高校资助管理工作的成效关系到贫困学生的成长成才,关系到学校的和谐与稳定,更关系到教育事业的健康发展。因此,应创新资助管理工作思路,从构建"一二三四"工作模式着手切实把资助措施落到实处,确保高校资助管理工作取得成效。

With the increase in the number of poor students in Colleges and universities in China,supported by the work of college students has become an important content of the management of students. The aid management work related to the effectiveness of the poor students to grow up to be useful,related to the school＆#39;s harmony and stability,but also related to the healthy development of educational undertakings. Therefore,we should innovative funding management ideas,from the construction of ＆quot;one two three four＆quot; work model to put funding measures implemented,ensure that the aid management effectiveness.
