摘要
目的:了解2013年云南省内地及边境地区健康儿童肠道病毒(enterovirus, EV)带毒情况及病毒型别,并对埃可病毒19型(echovirus 19, E19)和柯萨奇病毒B组3型(coxsackievirus B3, CB3)的基因特征进行分析。方法采集6个内地州(市)10个县(市)及6个边境州(市)10个县(市)<15岁健康儿童粪便标本606份(均为单份便样,其中内地儿童300份,边境儿童306份),进行病毒分离和基因测序定型。结果606份粪便标本中共检测到EV 38株(带毒率为6.27%),其中,从内地儿童分离到14株,分离率4.66%(14/300),从边境儿童中分离到肠道病毒24株,分离率7.84%(24/306)。38株EV中,脊髓灰质炎病毒(poliovirus, PV)7株(阳性率1.16%,其中1株为PV1+2混合型),均为疫苗株,未发现脊灰野病毒;检测到非脊灰肠道病毒(non-poliovirus, NPEV)31株(阳性率5.12%),均为人类肠道病毒B组(human enterovirus B, HEV-B)病毒,未分离到人类肠道病毒A组( HEV-A)和D组( HEV-D)病毒。结论2013年云南省健康儿童中,边境地区儿童肠道病毒携带率高于内地儿童,并以HEV-B组病毒为主。未分离到脊灰野病毒,云南省维持无脊灰状态良好。对云南省E19和CB3病毒的基因进化特征分析表明这两种病毒具有基因多样性特点。
Objective To investigate the enteroviruses (EVs) carrying status of healthy children under 15 years old in the interior and the border regions of Yunnan province in 2013;and to analyze the gen-otypes of the isolated EVs and the genetic characteristics of Echovirus 19 ( E19 ) and Coxsackievirus B 3 (CB3) strains.Methods Stool samples were collected from 300 healthy children from 10 counties in the interior region and 306 healthy children from 10 counties in the border region .EVs were isolated from stool samples and sequenced .Results Thirty-eight (6.27%) strains of EVs were isolated from 606 samples, and among them , fourteen strains were isolated from the interior region and the rest were isolated from the border region.Seven EVs positive strains (7/606, 1.16%) were polioviruses that were all identified as vac-cine strains.The rest thirty-one strains (31/606, 5.12%) were non-polio enteroviruses (NPEVs) that were all classified into human enterovirus B ( HEV-B) .No HEV-A and HEV-D viruses were detected .Conclu-sion The numbers of healthy children carrying EVs in the border region of Yunnan province were higher than that in the interior region in 2013 .HEV-B viruses were the predominant viruses as indicated in this study.No wild polioviruses were detected suggesting a sustained polio-free status in Yunnan province .The phylogenetic analysis showed that the isolated E 19 and CB3 viruses in Yunnan province presented diverse ge-netic characteristics .
