摘要
采用熔融共混的方法制备了P(3,4)HB/DMMP复合材料,并利用热重分析仪、差式扫描量热仪、锥形量热仪、冲击试验机等对其综合性能进行了表征与分析。结果表明:添加一定量的DMMP后,可使P(3,4)HB的热释放速率、热释放速率峰值以及总释放热均显著降低,且能形成连续致密的炭渣结构,从而提高材料的阻燃性能。此外,添加10%左右的DMMP可使P(3,4)HB的冲击韧性明显改善。
P (3,4) HB/DMMP composite was prepared via melt blending method. The comprehensive properties of P(3,4) HB and its composite was studied by TGA, DSC, CONE and so on. The results showed that the heat release rate, the peak of heat release rate and the total heat release of P(3,4) HB/DMMP was distinctly lower than that of neat P(3,4) HB, the char of P(3,4) HB/DMMP composite was thicker and more dense than that of neat P( 3,4) HB. In addition,the introduction of suitable amount of DMMP ( about 10 % ) could significantly improve the impact strength of P(3,4) HB.
