摘要 注塑工艺是内饰塑料成型中的重要成型方式,注塑工艺最容易产生的缺陷是翘曲变形。提出了基于Moldflow的翘曲量优化方法。以汽车内饰产品化妆镜盖板为研究对象,分析其产生异响的根本原因,从产品结构、模具、工艺角度提出了优化方法,并在Moldflow中进行注塑成型数值模拟。研究了各个因素对于翘曲的影响程度,具有一定的实践意义。 Injection process was an important method of interior plastic parts, warpage was the most common defects during injection process. An optimization method of the warpage was proposed based on Moldflow. The automotive interior parts cosmetic mirror plate was taken as the object, the root cause of the reasons of abnormal sound was analyzed, the optimization method was proposed from the perspective of product structure, process, mold, and then injection molding numerical simulation was done in Moldflow. The various factors that influenced the warpage was studied. The research had certain practical significance.
