microRNA表达谱在动脉粥样硬化脑梗死调控中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 microRNA是一类由内源基因编码的广泛存在于真核细胞中的长21~ 25个核苷酸的小分子非编码核糖核酸,其与靶基因特定结合后,可能通过脱腺苷化诱导靶mRNA降解、抑制蛋白翻译的起始或多肽链的延长、降解新生的蛋白等方式调节靶基因的作用.这种复杂的调节网络既可以通过一个miRNA来调控多个基因的表达,也可以通过几个miRNAs的组合来精细调控某个基因的表达.miRNA的表达模式具有分化的位相性和时序性,即不同组织器官及生理时相miRNA表达谱均会有所不同.
