Wnt通路调节心脏干/祖细胞增殖和存活及干性维持

摘要 Wnt在胚胎发育过程中通过调节心脏干/祖细胞增殖、迁移及定向分化促进心脏形成。成体心脏最先被认为是一个终末分化器官,不具有再生能力,但近年来发现成体心脏中仍存在着原始的心脏干/祖细胞,当受到外源性刺激时,这些细胞就会被激活,参与到心脏再生中。然而关于心脏干/祖细胞的启动、活化机制仍没有研究清楚。因为Wnt参与胚胎期心脏的发育形成,研究者对成体心脏与Wnt的关系进行研究,发现Wnt也参与成体心脏再生。现就Wnt如何调节成体心脏中心脏干/祖细胞的命运促进心脏再生进行综述。
