城市水管理信息系统研究初探——以长沙市为例

Preliminary Research of City Water Management Information System-as An Example of Changsha City

本文分析了城市水管理信息系统 (CWMIS)的运行回路和层次结构 ,并将管理对象分解成若干子系统。运用GIS通用软件MapInfo和VisualFoxPro建立和管理图形库与数据库系统。在中文Windows98环境下实现了图形、图幅管理、统计图的生成以及查询、排序、移动、统计计算等功能。为全面、快速利用水资源信息 。

The operational circle and hierarchy structure of city water management information system(CWMIS) are analyzed herein and CWMIS is divided into several subsystems.GIS software MapInfo and Visual FoxPro are used to erect and manage the graph and data base.Under the environment of Chinese Windows 98,the maple pattern management,the formation of statistic pictures,inquire,movement and calculation are achieved,which provides an effective tool for making full and rapid use of the water resource information and managing city water well.
