颅内大动脉瘤或巨大动脉瘤栓塞术后再破裂三例分析 被引量：1

摘要 大动脉瘤（15～25 mm）或巨大动脉瘤（（＞25 mm）是具有高度危险性的颅内血管疾病,手术难度和风险大,栓塞术后再出血是严重并发症之一,常导致患者死亡[1-2].2009年7月至2013年2月本中心共治疗大动脉瘤或巨大动脉瘤36例,其中3例动脉瘤支架辅助栓塞术后再破裂,导致患者死亡.笔者回顾性分析该3例患者的相关资料,讨论相关原因及应对策略.
