摘要
R urrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is defined as two or ore failed clinical pregnancies. Up to 50% of RPL does not have a clear etiology.1 Increased resistance to blood flow in the uterine arteries has been found in women with unexplained RPL, and even greater resistance has been detected in women with RPL and auto-antibodies.2 However, vascular changes and pregnancy outcomes after the treatment for RPL patients with abnormal uterine artery flow remain poorly studied.
