摘要
Wang et al1 recently showed that in patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) or minor stroke that can be treated within 24 hours after the onset of symptoms, the combination of clopidogrel and aspirin was superior to aspirin alone for reducing the risk of stroke in the first 90 days, without increasing the risk of hemorrhage. We report a patient treated with this combination but suffered recurrent stroke and hemorrhage.
