蓝色橡皮疱痣综合征内镜止血后并发十二指肠巨大血肿一例

摘要
患者男，36岁，因便血5h于2013年11月2日入院。患者入院前无明显诱因下解暗红色血便2次，量约100ml，伴头晕、心慌、乏力等不适。12岁时曾因左侧臀部血管瘤行手术治疗，目前左侧卧位久时仍感隐痛；5年前曾有大便发黑、乏力病史，后自行好转。否认家族成员有类似疾病。
