摘要
为了提高超快冷物料跟踪系统的准确性和实时性,采用预矫直机的速度替代辊道运行速度有效地消除了钢板和辊道之间存在的相对位移,并开发出了一种在冷却区中进行位置修正的装置,摆脱了一直以来冷却区中因水汽问题无法进行位置修正的处境。通过上述两种方法,有效地提高了超快速冷却系统物料跟踪的准确性。
In order to improve the accuracy and instantaneity of ultra tast cooling material tracking system, the speed of pre-straightening machine replaces the speed of roll table, effectively eliminates relative displacement between plate and roll table. A device for position correction in the cooling zone is developed. The problem of position detection device can not be used in the cooling zone is solved. The accuracy of ultra-fast cooling material tracking system is increased effective- ly by the two methods.
