摘要
对攀钢3号方圆坯铸坯缓冷用步进冷床进行受力计算,发现步进冷床实际工作负荷是理论负荷的6倍。通过现场安装尺寸的测量、比对,判定步进冷床的基础框架出现了偏移。通过采取矫正步进冷床的基础框架变形量、加固框架以提高结构稳定性、消除冷床过负荷工作的隐患和减小步进冷床起动加速度的方法,根除了冷床的有害振动。
Stress calculation of step cooling bed for No.3 round billet cooling was carried out in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group. It was found that the real work load of step cooling bed was 5 times larger than theoretical load. By measuring and comparing the installation size on site, it was found that the basic frame of step cooling bed was deviated. Through correct- ing the foundation frame of step cooling bed, improving the stability of the structure, avoiding cooling bed excess working and decreasing start acceleration of the step cooling bed, the harmful vibration of the cooling bed was eradicated.
