摘要
目的比较营养风险筛查和微型营养评定用于高龄糖尿病患者营养评估的结果。方法对符合纳入标准的52例高龄糖尿病患者分别采用营养风险筛查和微型营养评定进行营养筛查。结果 52例患者均完成NRS2002和MNA。NRS2002显示营养风险发生率为67.31%,MNA显示营养不良总发生率为51.92%,二种方法在营养筛查结果间差异无统计学意义。结论 NRS2002和MNA均适用于高龄糖尿病患者营养筛查。
Objective To compare the feasibility and result of nutritional risk screening(NRS) 2002 and mini nutrition assessment(MNA) for nutritional screening in inpatients with elder diabetics. Methods Totally 52 patients who met the criteria, nutritional screening was performed by nutritional risk screening 2002 and mini nutrition. Results All patients completed both NRS 2002 and MNA. Prevalence of nutritional risk or undernutrition screened by NRS 2002 or MNA was 67.31% or 51.92%, No significant difference was observed between the results of these two screening tools. Conclusion Both NRS 2002 and MNA are feasible in screening undernutrition in patients with elder diabetics.
